The role of the home inspector is to provide an abbiased non-invasive inspection on the condition of the home. report on any safety issues, and to point out items which are in need of immediate repair. During the inspection several maintenance items will be pointed out to help keep your home in the best possible condition.
We are licened and insured in both North Dakota and Minnesota. We follow the standards of practice as laid out by our trade organization and the state. We report on the materials and methods used in the construction of the dwelling and their systems and report on their overall condition.
