| The home inspection is an unbiased, objective evaluation of the home's condition which produces valuable information for the potential buyer. During the home inspection the Home Inspector will be looking at the major systems. The home inspector will operate the heating system and air conditioner, if the temperature is above 65 degrees. Check all electrical panels and plumbing systems including the water heater, water supply lines and drainage systems. Check under the sinks and the mechanical aspects of the doors and windows. At the end of the home inspection a summary of any defects and safety hazards will be pointed out. A report of the home inspection is e-mailed to you. The home inspection report include's pictures of different problem areas and a summary sheet of any maintenance or safety hazards found.
