| Home inspections can be valuable information for the homeowner, home buyer, and real estate agents. The home inspection is an unbiased, objective evaluation of the home's condition. During the inspection I will be looking at the major systems. Under the sink, in the closets and the mechanical aspects of the doors and windows. I will operate the heating system and air conditioner, if the temperature is above 65 degrees. Check all electrical panels and plumbing systems including the water heater, water supply lines and drainage systems. At the end of the inspection a summary of any defects and safety hazards will be pointed out. A report of the inspection is e-mailed to you. The reports include pictures of different problem areas and a summary sheet of any maintenance or safety hazards found. | |
